made 9/24/10 think twice before purchasing a whirlpool duet. I do have one good thing to say. I purchased the washer through Hhgregg and they were very helpful. I told them about the problem the day after purchase, they gave me a new whirlpool duet, it did the same thing, and then they exchanged it for a samsung. Regardless of the issues I had with the washer I would still recommend Hhgregg because they allowed me to exchange it
